I’m Vanessa Martinez, founder of ElevateNow and a doctorate-prepared nurse leader and leadership & career coach with more than three decades of experience across healthcare systems. I’ve walked the path from bedside to leadership roles and understand firsthand what it means to navigate complex systems while striving to be seen, heard, and valued.
As an internationally educated nurse, my work is deeply informed by Filipino cultural values—including shared humanity, respect, service, and resilience. These values, along with Caring Science principles, shape how I partner with clients: relationally, reflectively, and with deep respect for the whole person.

My Approach
As the founder of ElevateNow Coaching Collective, I am driven by the principles of safety, quality, reliability, equity, self-care, and innovation in healthcare. This mentorship-based initiative equips healthcare professionals with the tools and resources necessary to advance and develop their careers. ElevateNow is a direct extension of my love for advancing future generations of leaders and creating space for inclusive professional growth.
