I am overjoyed to announce the official launch of ElevateNow Coaching Collective, LLC —a purposeful and intentional coaching practice dedicated to unlocking potential, cultivating resilience, and elevating the careers of healthcare leaders and professionals committed to thriving. The ElevateNow Community is here to walk the path with you. As you will see, this is not just a launch but a Collective invitation we extend to you.
In my years working in and with the nursing and healthcare professionals, I have come to witness, admire and at times feel the overwhelming responsibility that health leaders, caregivers, and professionals have in meeting the demands of their roles, of being excellent, compassionate, equitable and innovative in their practices while also meeting the needs of their patients and colleagues in a time of constant change and upheaval.
Throughout my journey as a nurse leader, mentor, and professional coach, I have come to a deep understanding that transformation always starts with awareness, mindful reflection, courageous conversations, and supportive spaces for growth and belonging. ElevateNow Coaching Collective was born out of a need to create that space.

ElevateNow, LLC, is a coaching collective focused on equipping healthcare professionals, and women and emerging leaders in particular, with the tools, practices, and mindset to feel empowered in their careers and leadership journey with clarity, confidence, and care.
As such, we offer a model of coaching, reflection, and practice that intentionally draws on the principles of Caring Science, holistic well-being, and equity-focused leadership to recognize that thriving in a leadership role is not simply a matter of growing in your career, but rather an integrated and intentional practice in caring for your whole self.

A Message of Gratitude
Launching ElevateNow has been a journey of many years and many lifetimes of learning. This moment and this service are a culmination of my life’s work so far as an immigrant, a daughter, a student, a nurse, a leader, a change maker, a woman, a community builder, and a learner. More than anything, I wanted to launch ElevateNow as an act of care, a response to a need, and an affirmation that we, as healthcare leaders, caregivers, and professionals, are worthy of thriving in every sense of the word. We are worth the time and care of cultivating and embodying our whole selves to serve others. At times, and all too often, the call of the work and a desire to give back can make it hard to recognize our own needs and the need for support. With ElevateNow, we want to show you —and we all want to remember —that it’s possible to offer care for others and care for ourselves, our own growth, and our whole journey.
